However, at our discretion, we may offer the option to transfer the booking value to a future date or provide a credit note for use on another event within a specified period.

Your event happens once, on a fixed date, and you only get one attempt at it. It is the first thing worth asking any entertainment supplier, and very few will answer it in writing.
If a force majeure event affects you, we make all reasonable efforts to reschedule the services to a mutually agreed alternative date within a 6 to 12 month period, subject to the performer’s availability. Payments made are transferred to the new date.
If you choose to cancel entirely rather than reschedule, the booking fee or deposit remains non-refundable, as it secures the date and covers administrative and opportunity costs.
