The Brief
There’s something about the World Cup that gets everyone involved.
Even the people who haven’t watched a football match all year suddenly become experts. 😂⚽
For this event, Al Habib wanted to bring the excitement of the World Cup into their space and create a fun environment where guests could watch the matches, get involved and enjoy the tournament together.
The brief was to transform the venue with World Cup themed decor, international flags, football props and corporate event entertainment that instantly made the space feel ready for kick-off.
As Box Entertainment, our job was to bring all the different elements together and create a complete World Cup experience.
Creating the World Cup Atmosphere
For a World Cup event, the atmosphere is everything.
We brought in international flags, football-themed decorations, balloons and props to completely change the look and feel of the space.
Lighting can also completely transform a venue, which is why our event lighting rental options can be incorporated into larger World Cup activations, fan zones and corporate events.
And because watching football without snacks should probably be illegal…
We also added freshly popped popcorn. 🍿😂
The idea was to create something that felt more like a proper World Cup viewing experience rather than simply putting a football match on a screen.
