Bio – Lina
Lina, born in 1989 in Hanover, Germany, discovered her passion for music at a very young age. Coming from a deeply musical family, with both her parents involved in music and her grandmother a singer, it was clear early on that music would shape her future.
Her journey began at just five years old, and her natural talent quickly became evident. As a child, she showcased her love for performing by taking part in “The Mini Playback Show,” where she delivered a memorable rendition of Toni Braxton’s Un-Break My Heart.
Throughout her school years, Lina continued to develop her craft, performing in choirs and girl groups while gaining valuable stage experience. She went on to share the stage with the internationally renowned The Weather Girls, performing their iconic hit It’s Raining Men. At the age of 16, she performed at the prestigious CEBIT fair in Hanover, where she was introduced by well-known German TV host Barbara Schöneberger.
In 2008, Lina took part in a major television talent competition, reaching the final eight contestants during the live shows. Her journey continued to gain momentum, and in 2019, she won an emerging singing competition set to be released on Netflix in 2020.
Driven by her passion for soul, RnB, jazz, pop, and rock, Lina has performed at some of Europe’s most prestigious venues and events. Her impressive portfolio includes appearances at P1 in Munich, the German Sports Press Ball, the Geneva Motor Show, Olivia Valere Nightclub in Marbella, Robinson Hotels across Switzerland, Tunisia, Portugal, and Greece, as well as the Austrian Embassy in Dubai, among many others.
