Returning to Hartland International School for their end-of-year celebrations has become one of the highlights of the year for Box Entertainment. For the fourth consecutive year, we had the privilege of creating unforgettable experiences for hundreds of students with professional DJ entertainment, stunning production, and plenty of energy.
This year’s celebrations were our biggest yet. From elegant proms to high-energy school discos, we transformed the school with an LED dance floor, upgraded lighting, cold spark effects, and our experienced DJ and MC team, creating memories that students and teachers will be talking about long after the music stopped.
Two Proms, One Incredible Evening
On Tuesday evening, we produced both the Year 6 Prom and the Senior Prom, delivering a complete entertainment experience from start to finish.
Our team provided:

- LED dance floor
- Intelligent event lighting

The school elevated the experience this year by adding our LED dance floor, upgraded lighting effects, and spectacular cold sparkles.

One Giant School Disco
Wednesday was a completely different challenge.
From 8:30 AM until 3:30 PM, Hartland International School transformed into one giant celebration.
Every year group from FS1 and FS2 through to Years 7 and 8 enjoyed their own dedicated disco lasting between 30 and 60 minutes.
Keeping the energy high throughout the entire day was no small task, but seeing each group arrive excited and leave smiling made it an unforgettable experience.

One of the most memorable moments was watching the younger students experience the cold spark effects for the very first time. Their excitement reminded us exactly why we love creating unforgettable school events.
The Songs Everyone Loved
Every event has its soundtrack, and this year was no exception.
Some of the biggest crowd favourites included:

🎵 KATSEYE had the dance floor packed.
🎵 Travis Scott’s FE!N… but only the clean version. Let’s just say schools have slightly different playlist requirements than weddings. 😅
School playlists definitely require a different approach than weddings, but finding the perfect mix for every age group is all part of the job.
